Polling Via the Website
I have been asked if I would do a website poll.
I have given this great thought and I have run polls on other websites I run.
I don’t think it is appropriate in the setting. For one and the major reason is many senior citizens are not internet savvy.
I don’t think a poll would give an accurate assessment.

Agreed. The place to do that was with an exit poll at the May 11th Town Meeting, but unfortunately the First Selectman failed to distribute them to the voters as he had promised to do earlier that same evening. That was an opportunity to obtain good input for the BOF which was lost.
