Special Board of Education Meeting – Monday, May 18, 2009

This special meeting is scheduled for the Board of Education to discuss the revised budget decided upon by the Board of Finance at its meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2009. The revised Board of Finance budget provides for an additional $20,000 in the Board of Education budget.

The Board of Ed has not yet posted their minutes on line from their April 15th meeting, how can we get information from their May 18th meeting if we cannot attend? I would hope the minutes would be posted ASAP, however that does not seem probable given their track record. Is there another way to get the minutes? I guess I hope someone posts info on this blog, so we can have as much information as possible going into the May 1st vote.
Anyone know if public comments will be allowed?
You would need to go to the Town Clerk’s office. It is not required that they be posted on-line. Only that they be recorded with the Town Clerk.
