The number of minivans in the school parking lot was a giveaway.  The budget passed 181 Yea, to 50 Nay (or something close to that). No drama, no questions.  Just the check in and voting. Marlborough Education Foundation – Learning Lab Open House

The Marlborough Education Foundation held an Open House for their Learning Lab on June 1st. The lab will be used to teach a hands on approach to science and the natural world.  The Open House was well attended and quite crowded with kids. Visit the MEF website for further info.

After some discussion Betty O’Brien was elected the new Chairperson of the Marlborough Board of Education with one abstention from John O’Toole.
